Phase 1: Discovery

Answer the following:

Do you maintain an up-to-date inventory of all Cloud data stores and on-premise databases? Can you automatically detect new databases or data assets introduced in your Cloud and on-premise environments? Are you able to identify and locate regulated or sensitive data types (e.g., PII, PHI, PCI)?

Phase 2: Classification

Phase 3: Monitoring

Can you dynamically mask, block, or redact sensitive fields at runtime for unauthorized users ("Need-to-know")? Do you manage access down to the data record/field level, not just the database/table (e.g., access to VIP customers)?
